1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return a product for a full refund within 7 days of delivery if the item meets one of the following criteria:

The product has a manufacturing defect.
You received the wrong product that was not what you ordered.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@sportsnfitzone.com. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the product back to us.

To support your claim of a damaged or incorrect item, we may require an unboxing video of the product.
All returned products must be in their original condition and packaging.

Please note that we are not responsible for the cost of return shipping.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

Custom-made or personalized products.
Any product that has been used, worn, or damaged after delivery.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
