We proudly offer shipping across all of India. Our goal is to ensure your sports gear and equipment arrive safely, securely, and in perfect condition.

Processing and Dispatch Times

• Order Dispatch: Since orders are finalized manually, we strive to dispatch your items within 3 to 7 business days after the order is confirmed and the payment terms are mutually finalized offline. Processing times for custom-made or bulk sports gear may vary, which will be communicated to you beforehand.

• Delivery Estimates: Once your order is dispatched through our courier/transport partners, delivery times will vary depending on your location.

• Tracking: We will share the courier receipt, docket number, or tracking details directly with you via WhatsApp or Email as soon as the shipment leaves our facility.

• Please Note: All delivery timelines are estimates provided by the courier services and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as logistics issues, adverse weather conditions, or public holidays.

Shipping Rates & Charges

Since our platform operates on a product-inquiry basis, shipping rates are not calculated automatically.

• Shipping fees will be determined manually based on your delivery location (PIN code), as well as the total volume, weight, and size of the sports equipment.

• The final shipping cost will be clearly communicated and added to your formal quotation/invoice before you finalize your manual payment.

Taxes and Local Duties

• All orders are subject to applicable local taxes and GST within India.

• Any state-specific entry taxes, octroi, or local authority fees levied at the destination city/state will be the responsibility of the customer unless specified otherwise in the final quotation.
