Refund and Returns Policy

This policy outlines the guidelines for returns, replacements, and cancellations for products inquired about on SportsNFitZone.com (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and finalized through our offline sales process.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Replacements

Since all orders are manually confirmed and processed offline, returns or replacements are only accepted under the following strict conditions within 7 days of receiving the shipment:

The product has a clear manufacturing defect.
You received an incorrect item that does not match the final quotation/invoice agreed upon.

2. Return & Claim Process

To report a damaged or incorrect item and initiate a claim, please follow these steps:

Mandatory Unboxing Video: To support your claim of a manufacturing defect or damaged item, an unboxing video of the package is strictly required. Without an unboxing video, requests may not be entertained.
Condition: All approved return items must be unused, unaltered, and kept in their original packaging.
Shipping Costs: Unless otherwise agreed during our offline communication, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are completely ineligible for returns, replacements, or cancellations:

Custom-made or Personalized Products: Any sports gear customized or manufactured specifically according to your custom inquiry/specifications.
Any product that has been used, installed, worn, or damaged due to improper handling after delivery.

4. Refunds & Order Cancellations

Before Shipping: Since payments are managed manually, if you wish to cancel an inquiry/order before it is dispatched, please notify us immediately via WhatsApp.
After Inspection: Once we receive and inspect the returned item at our facility, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your claim.
Refund Method: If approved, the refund will be processed manually via Bank Transfer, UPI, or your preferred offline payment mode as mutually agreed within 7-10 business days.
